• No upfront management fees
• You retain full control of your funds at all times

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have a verified personal trading account connected to our system.
• You must fund your account to be able to participate.

4. Profit Sharing

• Guardian Capital FX earns a 15% performance fee on net profits generated in your account.
• Performance fees are only charged when your account ends in profit after each 21-day cycle.
• Fees are invoiced and payable at the end of each cycle or deducted automatically depending on arrangement.

5. Risk Disclosure

• All investments carry risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• You acknowledge and accept the possibility of loss.
• While we apply professional strategies and risk control, no investment is guaranteed.

6. Client Control

• You retain 100% access to your trading account.
• You may pause, withdraw, or terminate the copy trading service at any time.
• Guardian Capital FX does not have withdrawal rights over your account.

7. Confidentiality

• Your personal and financial information is treated with strict confidentiality.
• We do not sell or share your data with any third parties outside our internal operations.

8. Termination

• You may opt out at any time by notifying support.
• Guardian Capital FX reserves the right to suspend services in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of terms.

In case of disputes, clients are encouraged to reach out to support for amicable resolution. Legal matters will be addressed under the jurisdiction of the laws of California, USA.

Guardian Capital FX reserves the right to update this policy as necessary. Clients will be notified via email or platform notices prior to any significant changes.
